Steam problems

So I just moved into an apartment and don't have any WiFi for a few more days, that being said I launched steam into offline mode the first day and second day I was here and was able to play every game except fallout 3. Yesterday on my third day I had a friend over and we were playing some games, we left for lunch and I turned off my PC, when I got back home and tried to launch any game at all I would get nothing, I restarted my PC to see if that would help, no improvement, but then after that every time I would go into steam it would show I have no games installed, however switching to big picture mode it shows every game but still unable to launch. Any idea as to how to fix this? My Internet provider won't be here till Friday while I'm leaving for a trip on Thursday and bringing my PC with me.

Offline mod has to connect to the internet every so often in order to validate the DRM.
