Teamviewer Error

Hello, I'm in a need of help here. 

 

I use Teamviewer to control my friends computer when it needs things to be worked on and everytime i try controlling his computer it keeps crashing and locking up his pc, but not mine. I had my friend uninstall the program and restart the pc then install the program again. It still does the same thing. As a test i took and win 10 laptop controlled my win 7 desktop and it runs like a charm Why does teamview keeps crashing on the firends computer?

intel i 7 6850k

asus motherboard

samsung SSD 850 evo 128gb

16gb g-skill RAM

evga gtx 1050 SSC

corsair 750 watt power supply

 

mine pc sepc;

intel i5 3570

ausus motherboard 

seaguate HDD 1TB

12 gb ram corsair vengeance

evga gtx 650 SC

corsair 750 watt power supply
