Help?

This is my build, budget not over 1.3k, I have a couple questions 

1. If I stick with this build do I need to buy anything additional for my CPU cooler to hook with the mobo

2. Should I go with a 7700 (non k) over 1600 ( Planning to have this build for a long time)

3. RX480 or 1060 (both MSI gaming x to match color build) 

any suggestion would help thank you

Get an hyper 212 and a Reyzen 1700

3. 480 is fine for 1080 and little bit cheaper

Hay the E.V.G.A 1050 on amazon just dropped to $100 usd, and best buy is selling 1080 founders editions for $570

I do not like the 1050 at all but but If i'm really trying to get my PC I'll get the 1050 ti since GPU price are over the top

I wish it would, I wanted an rx580, but cant buy it cause of these miners. These miners are screwing the prices so much.
