Yes but it would probably be recommended to get one with the new haswell system, also with the wattage it depends on the specs of your haswell system

What do you recomend for a gtx650 ti boost and an i5 4440?

500 watts is fine for that, but for future upgrades and headroom I would upgrade your PSU to the 600-750W in the future

What about the cooler master gx450? It costs the same as the cx500 and it's "haswell compatible"

I wouldn't go any lower if I were you. Save for a reliable 600W or more
