Help with windows rights

At first:

I am using Windows 10 Pro 64bit Version 1703

I tried to delete some left files in a folder (steam game leftover), but

then Windows at first told me i need admin rights, I pressed the Button for the rights but then there came a error like "Folder Access Denied".

The Error told me i need the rights of my user.

I took over the folder with no issues but i still cant delete it.

I tried to delete the folder with my windows DvD´s cmd, no error came back, looked like it worked, i booted up windows and the folder is still there.

If you know what to to , or need more information please tell me

I have a similar issue with another type of folder on my drive, starting to wonder if it's a virus.

Can you take a print screen?

 

Try:

1. Open up Powershell as Admin
2. Run the command Remove-Item

 

e.g.

Remove-item C:\Users\UserName\Documents\myfolder -force
