Power Shutoff

This is more of an odd question. So the power in my house cycled, for some reason but everything shutoff, sorta. I have my desktop and two monitors plugged in a surge protector rated for 1,500w. when the power shut off the monitors and box fan I have plugged into the protector turned off but the computer stayed on. as soon as the lights came back on the monitors restarted and resumed what I was doing. the computer stayed on during this and I'm wondering if anything could have happened to it during this as I'm afraid to turn it off now for fear of it not turning back on. this took place over about 3 seconds.

Could of been a short or brown out which isn't good for anything. If it still works after wards you don't really have anything to worry about

Just keeping this here as a It will be just fine, restart you PC whenever you need to.
