The G4560 won't bottleneck a 1060 as hard as a 1070. Which then would allow an extra almost $200 in the budget. then you can simply do something like this: (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YZ8Jd6) +8GB, an SSD for faster load times, and you can get a nicer 1060 like a Gigabyte G1 Gaming The ryzen would still destroy at cpu benchmarks but this would give a potentially better gaming experience by having faster loading times.
