Vpn?

I mostly just game on my pc and browse some internet should I even worry about getting a Vpn? Does it even really protect I have seen that people can still get through a VPN without much trouble

"get through a vpn" what.

 

If the connection is being routed through a NAT and if they're using stateful packet inspection (like any provider with a brain has) then you can't just "get through a VPN". 

 

Unless you really have something to hide from the government, or fear someone's going to be packet bombing your modem, then no, you don't need to waste money on one.
