Need laptop/chromebook

Can anyone help me find a good laptop or Chromebook for work only. The budget is around $300. Thank you!

it can handle daily use except for gaming, or heavy video editing.

Guys, what do you think of this laptop https://www.elgiganten.se/product/datorer-tillbehor/barbar-dator/HP14AL087NO/hp-pavilion-14-al087no-14-barbar-dator-silver for lighter work? Do you recommend it? I am on a budget so can't really buy something too expensive. Thank you before hand.

Quite slow Pentium processor. If you can, look for a used Lenovo ThinkPad (T420/T430) or Dell Latitude (E6430) or HP Elitebook (8470p). They're from businesses and really give modern machines a run for their money
