The reported frequency is the base frequency: to obtain the advertised frequency of DDR (Double Data Rate) memory you need to multiply that by 2.

So, your memory is running at 2133MHz, the default DDR4 standard. If you want it to run at the manufacturer's rated speed, you need to enter your BIOS at boot and change the RAM settings there: make sure to choose the XMP profile, which is the 3200MHz profile advertised by the manufacturer.

Yeah i see that in my Bios and he said my ram use 2133Mhz :P i trying to boost at 3200Mhz and when i look on the mark he said 1600Mhz Like the half of the dramm

That is fine. As I said, the advertised 3200MHz is 2x1600MHz, so a base clock of 1600MHz means you are running at the intended speed ;)

I did not know he said only the half of the ram xD 
but i think i will keep the 2133Mhz xD that run prety fine on my pc and i dont see any differance between 2133mhz and 3200

i look a lot of Benchmarck with 2113mhz and highter xD and just 1fps 2fps up or down

the speed on ram will only show when the cpu is at 100%. Not many programs can do that to a 7700K. Synthetic bench mostly. But hey, if you payed for 3200, at least leave it there :P
