They will work, but i'll give you some advice. If its a gaming machine, get 8bgs of ram instead of 16, and get a little bit better gpu... That will help get you better fps.

i'd recommend swapping the i5 for a G4560 and getting 8gb instead of 16, and use the money on a better gpu and psu if you're building a gaming rig. what's your country and budget?
