how much power would i need

how much power would i need to cool a msi gaming x 1080ti, and a 6700k in a watercooling loop? i have a 650w evga g2 would that be enough?

I'm confused are you suggesting running only the liquid cooling system off of that PSU?  Because yes, that would be WAY more than enough.

no, the system its self and the loop, so the gpu, cpu and loop and everything else in my pc

So the only thing drawing power compared to an cooled system is a pump? Still should have been in the psu section.
