budget advice needed

[the dyslexic beast]

This is going to be my first gaming pc and i was wondering which parts i should upgrade it with i am also planing on overclocking the processor.

 

i have been given a e machines ET1862 which has a intel i3 550 processor which will be replaced with a Intel core i5 760 quad core.

lga 1156 motherboard non overclock which is going to be replaced with a Biostar TH55B HD. and also has a navidia geforce gt 710 graphics card.

also curantly has 6 gb of ddr3 ram

Depends on what you want to do with it really?

 

If gaming perhaps a slightly better gfx and more ram.
