when im in game in csgo and when i flick fast enough it moves to my seccond monitor and if i shoot(click) it tabs me out of the game

Dude, I had the same problem. What I did was set video settings to default, then adjust my graphics settings back to normal and it was fine. Try it! Also, make sure you're playing on fullscreen.
