780 vs 780 ti

Hi

So basically I found a shop selling a 780 for €130 ($147) and a 780 to for €165 ( $187) is the extra 25% boost in performance worth the extra cost. I am getting a 144hz 1080p monitor and play AAA titles like risk if the tomb raider and other stuff like overwatch

Between the two the 780 ti has aged much much better. However do note that they are very power hungry. I would reccomend looking to see if the shop is selling either any high end maxwell cards (970-980) or any amd cards such as the 290 or 290x. These cards have aged much better than the 700 series and should cost around the same.

Both are pretty overpriced. Get a GTX 1050Ti. Or search for Maxwell, or any AMD card that uses the GCN Architecture.

I have searched around the place and in eBay and the 970 and better are around $195 same with the 290 and 290X is it still better to spend a little extra to get them
