For Overwatch, I'd recommend an old i5-2500 or i7-2600. For GPU, go with a 380.

Have you checked craigslist, you can occasionally find someone selling something for a decent price amongst all the fools that want way more than their junk is worth

That's a bit too old for my tastes so it has to be pretty cheap
