Everytime I try and play a game that uses DX11, I get an error saying that the d3d11.dll is missing in my SYSTEM32 folder. I tried installing/reinstalling DX11 but it won't let me, saying something along the lines of, I already have DX11 and don't need to reinstall. I've also tried reinstalling video drivers, and I'm using the latest ones from AMD. I'm also using Windows 8.1.

Can someone help me fix this? I can't play most of my games and can't install new games. Is there a way to completely reinstall DX11? Or force update/repair it?
