Tip sizes for IEM

I got a pair of vsonic vsd1s off of a massdrop blue box and I use them for running.

The problem I have though is that the medium sized silicone tips that  came with them are a bit big and wont stay in my ears and the small ones stay in a little bit better, but they hurt.

So, does anyone here know if the foam type of tips would fit better and hurt less or have any suggestions on how I can improve my experience with these.
