so this is the PC im currently building, the purpose of it is primarily  going to be a learning PC for 3d animation. I have bought the CPU Cooler and Case so far, and the cooler i had bought when i was going to use a i7 and a appropriate motherboard, and PCPart builder does not say where I can buy the mount I now need and I'm curious where I can buy one. (the antivirus software, keyboard mouse, and monitor is just filler money for other parts ill need later). This is the first PC Ive built and I'm hoping it'll be able to preferably render stuff faster than my current laptops (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017QDHENY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) at a wonderful rate of 24 frames made in 4 hours.

yeah ik, I forgot to add that into the build but the part I need help with is what mount do i need for the CPU Cooler, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cNCHTH

The Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler may require a separately available mounting adapter to fit the MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard.

thats the part I need help with

Do not spend $93 on windows 10, go on ebay and purchase an OEM key for about $10. I have bought about 5 of these with no issues. Most times i get the key within 30 min. I will post a link.

Also maybe check out a GTX 1060 6gb card instead of the R9. It performs a bit better and is much cheaper.

I would just use the stock cooler. No reason to spend extra on a budget one.

I would also change the psu to the G2 or G3 or a Corsair RMx etc. A 550W is also more than enough.

A 550W psu is enough for any single gpu system.

If you can return it without a surcharge then that is what I would do. If it is going to cost you $10 or more then you might as well keep it. As for the bracket you would need to request one from CoolerMaster if the retailer doesn't sell them.
