Radeon drivers freezing Windows

I have been trying this for past month and have not come to any successful conclusion. Whenever I am installing my AMD Graphics driver, my PC is stuck during install. And when I force restart it, it freezes after some time. Laptop is working fine when I disable graphics card. Please help me on this.

Laptop Config:-

5th Gen Core i5

8GB DDR3

1TB HDD+8GB SSD

4GB Radeon R9 M375
