Hi guys! I have a question.

Today i was trying to clean up my pc from dust, unfortunatelly i couldnt start it up after i plug the cables.

I was just taking off molex cable from cd rom and the cd rom cable too, which isnt working for years ( CD-ROM itself) and i thought it was good decision so there will be more space. But after pluging the power cable in pc and power it on. Nothing happen and pc starts smell and smoke. So i take the side pannel down and saw that is something wrong on my motherboard. Some pieco of plastic starts gloving like its going to burn.

So actually i have two questions, why is that happening and is there a chance of saving my pc?

(Its old one, and motherboard is: GIGABYTE GA945GZM-S2)

The burned thing is on the image that white spot on the left corner of the power thing( i dunno how its called)
