First try holding Ctrl while booting. If that doesn't work reset the UEFI(bios) then if it doesn't display re-seat the GPU. Let us know what happens.

Check the 24pin ATX connector at the board and PSU if its modular. look for a pushed out pin or something like that.

If you have a USB drive or anything else that will light up when powered by USB use that to see if USB is getting power.

You have a 5 volt power problem. It may be something on the board or the PSU. Check for shorts and short to ground. Look everything over make sure it's all connected and nothing metal touches pins on the back of the board. Lastly try a different PSU if possible. If it works with another PSU then you need to replace it. A lot can happen to a system when you disassemble and reassemble it much care is needed.

I'd start by resetting the CMOS/BIOS/UEFI. Using the hardware CMOS jumper would be best. Next to that, use whatever key during boot-up to enter the BIOS/UEFI (check the manual) and "Load Defaults"

Also, check that the motherboard is compatible with the M.2 drive, especially if it's NVMe.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.

No post. Black screen. No 5volt a MB. Clear CMOS already suggested. Board is compatible although it may need a UEFI update but it should post.
