help with new build PC

hello, I just picked the parts, I'm not good at computer. could anyone check ? is all the parts right here is  good ? I don't know if I can use 2 fans cosair red color for replace fans stocks liquid cooling cosair radiator . I think liquid cooling fans stocks doesn't have any color . I like my  pc fans have color. do you know what's fans stock sizes mm liquid cooling cosair hydro series h100 i v2 extreme.

question 2 : is anyone know, how long liquid cooling cosair hydro series H100i V2 extreme will expire and need replace, is liquid cooling will leak water after long times use ? 

question 3: Is  with 650W powersuppy is good enough for the system ? how about the future when I want to upgrade GTX 1070 or 1080 or 1080 Ti, is powersupply still good for the system ?
