Help with water cooling

Hi all, for the last minute or so I have been deciding on what water cooling system to go for, AIO or a custom built one ? Now I want to OC the cpu to around the 5ghz range and want to keep it as cool as I can, I'm debating on the corsair H115i or a custom 360mm loop, my parts are as follows, I have a Nzxt h440 case, asus Z270 mother bored,  asus gtx 1070 8gb, I7 7700k, 256gb M.2, 3tb HDD and a 600w power supply. At the moment it will only be the cpu getting cooled but maybe do the you wen I upgrade to a 1080 ? Thoughts ?

If you plan to watercool the GPU later as well. Better start with a custom loop.

 

1080 vs 1070 isn't much of an upgrade. Unless you mean 1080 Ti. But 1080 Ti has a 250w TDP. A single 360 rad will be marginal for both 7700K and 1080 Ti. Of course you can add more radiator space later if you choose the custom loop route.

Alphacool EKWB A240G is a good budget option if you won't expand the loop in the future.

Yh I was looking at the EK kits, they look cool and a good way to start, I was thinking maybe the 240 rad for now and adding another wen I do the cpu, also it would be the 1080ti if and wen I upgrade it, I haven't gone for the 1080ti yet as I'm not playing anythink 4K at the moment but I will be ordering the 35inch ultra wide  moniter either the asus or aoc one, not decided yet to play at 1440p. Thanks for the input from u all has been a great help going to go look at the EK setups now

Just make sure if you ever add ANY parts INCLUDING FITTINGS they are ALUMINUM ONLY

Will do have been reading and watching a lot of vids on the water cooling
