nothing much it'd either power all the fans or it'd be too weak or since it is for PCIe it probably won't do anything since it receives power and not supply power

the issue was that the graphic card showed strips at start, even in the post screen and reboot. when it finally start windows the screen flashes every time that i do something even a right click.
after remove the fans from there and a few reboots, the problem is gone. i just wanna hear another opinion because i didn't find anythin about it on the web.
