1080ti stutter

Ok so i have had my 1080ti evga ftw card for about a month i have bad stutter when playing games after a bit. I have 3dmark installed, just  wanted to know what test would be the best test to run to try and determine the problem? I have tried many things already just trying to narrow it down, i may do an RMA but i don't want to if not just want to make sure it is the card. At the moment i have my old 980 installed testing it out I don't believe its doing it at all maybe very little just kinda hard to catch. Thanks for any insight on my issue

What is cpu, gpu, and ram usage like while gaming?

Had same issue, remove Nvidia drivers completely. Simple uninstall will not do. You need a special uninstaller, then install again and it should fix the issue.
