BSOD on fresh install?

Hello so my sisters computer was constantly restarting and crashing windows whenever we booted it up, i couldnt fix it so i tried to reinstall windows on her computer. Whenever i did it kept crashing, so i took her HDD and installed windows on my computer, it worked. thinking i fixed the problem i put the hdd back in here computer and now we get another issue, We get a bsod with the error " ATTEMPTED_EXCUTE_OF_NOEXCUTE_MEMORY". So i took Ram from another computer and im still getting the error. Her computer is from ibuypower, Sadly. should i put her GPU and HDD in my computer and updrate drivers? Im confused on what to do.

Have you tried other RAM slots on the motherboard?

Also, try regular troubleshooting steps. Pull the CMOS battery and go into the UEFI and load optimized settings. Then put the least amount of hardware that you can to run the system, 1 stick of RAM, use the integrated graphics on the CPU, and try reinstalling Windows. If that still gets an error, then there may be something wrong with the motherboard.
