Virus?!?! WTF???!!!???

My best advice for you:

1. remove the drive with windows, destroy it

1.5 (otpional) remove second drive and destroy it too. If you don't do this, make sure that you do a full format of it.

2.  Buy a new drive, clean install of windows

3. Get a antivirus subscription

If you are being serious then just get a better anti-virus and uninstall Malwarebytes.  

My i5 6500 is bad and can't even maintain 4.5ghz, and 4.4ghz causes it to slowly become unstable over weeks with a vcore of 1.395. FML

If its a rootkit, you'll need a clean install with a recovery USB drive (made on a separate PC for safety) and make sure you check the format option when installing it (if you use the old drive).

Dang I was hoping not to have to do that... Ok I'm planning a GTX 1070 and r5 1600 upgrade so reinstalls are recommended when replacing CPUs anyways so I guess its fine...

Yea, may want to get that done sooner so your rig is operational. btw, I didn't reinstall Windows when I upgraded my CPU...

I thought that you were joking with the troll face but I completely agree with @Eastman51. If your computer desktop is doing that and not a program overlaying, then you should maybe reinstall windows or get a anti virus program that runs of live linux on a usb.
