Gmod doesn't like my PC apparently.

I'm not really sure what section to put this under but there it goes.

 

I've been having issues with my computer not getting along with Gmod. In my photo, there is a white line going down the screen, which is only visible on the pause and main menu screens.

 

Yet for other games that use the same engine gmod runs on like Counter Strike, Left 4 Dead, and Half life, it doesn't appear. Why is this happening? I've tried switching from my 1050ti to Intergrated graphics, different HDMI cables, RGB, different displays, deleting all my add ons and reinstalling gmod, and nothing works. Could it be an issue with the motherboard? My anxiety is telling me something might be going bad in my PC, but I'm not sure. 

 

Edit: you'll have to click on the image to see it. It's a vertical line running straight down the middle.

how is this a problem if  its just there when you are in menues though? probably just a texture that got a minimal amount messed up

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

It just bugs me about the fact that it is there, especially looking into it online that the issue doesn't exist for anyone else.

reinstall GMOD, might help. thats about it
