Would this power supply work?

So I am thinking of using my PC for mining and being without a gpu for a few months. But my only extra psu is an old 400 watt inland and obviously that can't piwer an r9 390, so I was thinking I could use the 400 in my system and use the cx750m in the mining one, thing is idk if A:it'll work for specs (in sig minus the 390) and B: if the cx750m will do fine being on 24/7, pic of inland psu sticker attached

Yea I know power consumption should be covered but its old... it would consume around 250 watts load
