H440 fan setup help

Ok soo I have a Nxet case, comes with 3 front 120mm fans, 1 top 140mm fan and one fan at rear 120mm, the car has the fan hub thing and wanted to know how I set it up so I can adjust the speed of the case fans ?

The rear fan is part of a AIO cooler which has a 120mm radiator to cool CPU, the rear fan runs off the cpu header and the pump runs off the cha_fan_2 set to max all the time, the front fans pull and too single fan pushes into case. Is it better to have the top fan pull air out instead ? How do I get the hub to Llow me to set case fan speeds ? CPU can hit 80c and was woundeing if I should get a duel 120/140mm rad and fan and mount them at the top to pull air out ? 

I7 7700K @5.0ghz, Asus Z270-P, Corsair H115i, hyperX 16gb, Asus duel 1070, Nzxt H440
