Should I sell my GPU?

I currently have an XFX R9 390 that I got new for 180 USD, but with all of the new mining stuff I am thinking of selling it and getting a GTX 1070 or a 1060 (or try to get a 4/580) and ryzen upgrade. There have been ones selling for 350+ so if I can sell it for that much I'll be happier than 1000 clams. But how much should I sell it for? Bid? Buy it now?

 By me there is someone selling 2 for 150 each, I offered 125 for one and I might beg my dad to loan me some more money to buy both, currently have 150
