Ryzen Memory issue no fix yet?

Hi 

I have a Ryzen 5 1600 paired with my MSI B350 and Corsair Vengeance 3200mHz ram, I recently performed a new bios update but I still can't run my ram at 3200mHz only reach 2933 :( Has anyone been successful?

From what I've been seeing on the forum, very few users have actually gotten their sticks to the rated speeds above 2933 or 3000MHz.

OS: Arch Linux w/ XFCE DE (VFIO-Patched Kernel) as host OS, windows 10 as guest

CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X w/PBO on (6c 12t for host, 6c 12t for guest)

Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

RAM: 32GB G-Skill Ripjaws V @ 3200MHz (12GB for host, 20GB for guest)

So far only my Flare X is running at 3200MHz still running Rip Jaw 3200MHz at 2933MHz on my Pro Carbon

you could try with a beta BIOS, at your own risk. check this page on the MSI forums, some reddit user said he got 3200 MHz with a B350 Mortar

 

I repeat, at your own risk. these are beta BIOS versions, so don't expect them to be 100% stable.

I'm only at 2933 with the 1006 agesa bios it didn't do anything for me 

AMD (and proud) r7 1700 4ghz-
