if the CX450M is over budget, you're going to have to sacrifice a bit on quality.

 

take the highest rated PSU you can find, tier 4 or above on the PSU tier list in my sig. (since you can't fit a tier 3 in budget)

I'm having a hard time finding a PSU that's cheaper than the CX450M that's not a bomb.

CX450M is the cheapest acceptable PSU on that site. (Some bequiet pure power 10 models too)
