USB Microphone

Looking to get a USB microphone to use for when I stream with my PS4. I have the Elgato HD60S that I use to be able to stream from my desktop instead of the abysmal hardware of the PS4, but it does not pick up my microphone. I can use the microphone on my Logitech C270 webcam, but thats not very clean sounding. When I am not in party chats etc and just playing by myself I can just use my microphone on my Astro A40s, but when I am in party chat, no one can hear me because of this.

Give me your recommendations for this. Price range is under $100 US. Cheaper is better for me right now.

Blue Yeti if you can afford it. You will get VERY good audio. I didnt do any research btw, I just know about this mic from a long time ago so there might be better options. You can get the silver from best buy for 110.

No, not the Blue Yeti or any other condenser mic if you're broadcasting live in a room that's not sound proofed and not dead silent. A dynamic mic picks up far less background noise. Check out Audio-Technica ATR2100 and Audio-Technica ATR2500.

Only thing that will probably keep me from pulling the trigger on these is the fact that it needs to be right up against your face and I do not like that Otherwise the sound quality and features are perfect. Though I may have to sacrifice a bit.

Blue Yeti is good, but would pick up my air conditioner in the window very easily unfortunately.

Well the shure mic i recorded i have sat next my monitor and it pick me up really well. Also when im on the other side of the room it sill works incredibly well.
