So I have a POE camera that the network connector got corroded and went bad on it, So I cut it off and wanted to put a new connector on, The problem is as well as some of the standard colors the cable has ones that do not match the diagrams I can find. There is the normal orange, Brown, Blue and Green... But then it is Purple, White, Yellow and grey. What do these colors corrispond to on the normal layout? What is the proper pin setup for this oddball

nothing comes up searching the model? Maybe contact the manufacturer? The only way you might figure it our manually would be by trial and error, which might damage the camera and/or POE source, or by looking at the other end of the wire (inside the camera I presume) and working it out from there.

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:

Half the wires are normal color and will let the camera power on but it will have no net connection. I may see if I can call and ask trendnet. But idk if they will be able to help or will want me to send it back. Grr why did they use different colors

Cut both ends off and wire them up the same. That would ensure your cable works. Or you can replace the whole cable.

The other end would be wired to the camera circuit board and idk what each wire means
