VRam not recognized. NEED HELP

My specs: i5-6400, ASUS Rx470,1TB HDD, 256 GB SSD, 550W Corsair power  supply. Recently, I've been getting random blue screens when watching videos or playing games, the error was thread stuck in device driver. Now, the Vram on my card isnt being recognized and when i load into windows, my screen resolution starts at 1280x1028 and all my games run at 10-5 fps that normally run in the high 60. IDK what to do, when i try to download new drivers, my computer just goes black screen and i have to restart it.

remove the card, boot from the iGPU, use DDU to uninstall all display drivers, put the card back in, and boot it again.
