Hello,

my new IPhone 7 dropped down and won't turn on. The Display and the complete Phone looks like new.

I tried everything, (turn on by holding the Volume Button) but nothing. Also it's not detected by itunes but I need my Data...

I look inside the Phone and remove the Logicboard, but nothing is wrong. I put it back and tried to boot up. It works, it worked normal and I charged it until 100%. Then it goes really hot and turned off :(. (Display shows nothing)

I disconnect the Akku and it cools down. When I try to start the Phone, the Processor goes really hot, but the Phone won't boot up. I tried the same like the first time (remove Logicboard and put it back) but it doesn't work.

I need my Data from the Phone. Anybody an idea for repair or getting my Data back?

Thanks.

(sorry of my English, I'm German) :)

Apple don't help, because it dropped down. For 300$ I can buy a new one. But I want to have my data back.

They should be able to get it off your old phone and put it on the new one. Did you have it backing up to iCloud or anything?

No I did not make a backup... Do I have an other chance? Thanks.

Hhmmmmm. Strange it died after one drop. I'd assume it'd be the display cable coming loose, but you've already removed and replaced everything. I doubt the logic board could have died, but it sound like it could have... IDK what to do.
