"another installer is currently running, which must be closed before installing this product"

 

I have tried ending many different tasks under task manager, but none have solved the problem. I have deleted all adobe related things from my computer as well. I have restarted my computer over a dozen times and turned off startup apps, but nothing seems to fix the problem. 

 

All help is greatly appreciated!

Contact Adobe. After all, you're paying over $50 per month to license a temporary month-to-month copy of their applications.
