Help identifying heatsink

I have heatsink from old pc which look better (in terms of cooling) than my stock fm2+ cooler. It was made for sockets 462 from amd and 370 from intel. Is it possible to install it on my fm2+ cpu? It have no model name on it. 

I found model number on it, but it's very old so there is no new sockets compatable, but maybe I can do a bit if diy (just a little bit)

The retention arm on that cooler is similar to that of AM2, is you try to remove the one off an AM2 cooler and put it on it might work, but if that metal? I've never seen that.

 I have no any am2 heatsinks, only intel stock
