I want to get into streaming, which CPU?

I want to get into streaming CSGO and other small, easy to run games after about 1.5 years of gaming on this PC. Right now I have an I5-4460 CPU, PC mate h97 MOBO, and 2x4 GB Corsair VENGENCE LP ram. Is it better to just upgrade to a LGA 1150 socket CPU and keep the motherboard or is it better to save up for a new mother board and get a different type of CPU? If so, which CPU respectively?

Or you could just buy an i7 4790k, that should also be sufficient for streaming. But you won't find them brand new anymore

Would you say that could handle streaming CSGO at pretty good settings? Because if it can handle that, I really don't need to upgrade except I couldn't over clock.

it would be fine for 720p@30fps. depends on how serious you want to get into streaming.
