Best silent performing 120mm radiator fan

I know this question has been asked a lot before, but I can't find any recent reviews or opinions on this, so here I am asking again. I am in the market looking for some fans that perform well at relatively low noise levels. My attention is currently focused on Noctua NF-F12's and Be Quiet Silent Wings 3. A third contender are the Corsair ML120 PRO that seem to perform well but they go all the way to 2000rpm where they reportedly require ear protection, so I guess those are out of the question. There are a lot of reviews on the Be Quiet Silent Wings 2 but not the 3's, so if someone got experience with those please share :D Otherwise feel free to share your experience with good performing quiet fans.

BTW I am using EK PE 38mm thick radiators.

I can put a vote in for the EKWB Vardar Fans. I'm using the 120mm 2200rpm version:

https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-vardar-f4-120er-2200rpm

and the 140mm 2000rpm version:

https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-vardar-f3-140er-2000rpm

Both of which can be brought down to 10-15% speed (in my experience) with a PWM fan curve and run completely silently. I would recommend going for the 1450rpm versions (especially if you have some very large radiators) but it's nice to be able to have that extra speed when your doing some more intense work like rendering.

Other nice to have's are that they are completely black, they are Static Pressure optimised, and they have a fair weight considering it's a fan - not amazingly relevant but at least you know there's something inside them.

And of course Jayz2Cents has a video about them, I can report the faster 2000rpm variants are just as quiet as the slower 1450rpm fans up to the1450rpm:
