Masterliquid 120 Lite?

Would the mastercooler 120 lite be sufficient to cool a Ryzen 1600? I thinking about an air cooler, but I am going to need to move the computer around a lot and did not want to put that much stress on my MOBO.

It would be very similar to a mid sized aircooler a bit better than the standard air cooler that comes with it. If you plan to do overclocking on the unit something like a dual 120mm AIO would be a much better option.
