Google docs problem

Hello everybody! This may not be pc related but so what.

 

When ever opening any google documents, it will always pop up with a tab saying "Unable to load file". Does anybody know how to fix this problem because I already re-downloaded google chrome before but it only fixed it for a day or two. Thanks in advance!
