First gaming PC build help needed

Hey, so I want to build a pc just for gaming to get as much performance as well as quality possible. My budget is 2-2.5k GBP but it can go over if the parts are better. So I want a intel cpu with an m.2 samsung 960 evo to be in the build with no problems, some hard drive like 3tb, 32gb ram would be necessary for running some vm's as well as playing games, 1 graphics card and 1 monitor for gaming with 144hz at least with 1ms response rate, not to forget tempered glass case and some lovely rgb modifications to make the build stunning.
