(I used the de.pcpartpicker.com as to get the price in euros, so I'm not sure how the shipping may be different, but the prices should hopefully be around the same)

I used just an SSD as it is easier to buy and install an OS on a SSD and buy an HDD later than it is to buy and HDD first and transfer the OS.

If you're willing to spend ~40 euros more you can buy a 6600k and a seperate cooler for overclocking.

He would also have to change motherboards to overclock so that isn't really a reasonable upgrade path at this price point. Regarding the SSD, 120 gb is not really enough it you are planning on using it to game. A better option would be a SSHD as it would give the speed boost when booting and opening some programs without sacrificing storage space as much.,

Hi @Cynestal

I whiped up something for you. This is slightly over budget. BUT, not by much. It follows your Black and yellow theme very well. I would recommend maybe trying to find a used mechanical drive to store most of your games on. Ideally you'd want at least a 250GB SSD, but hey... beggars cant be choosers and I get that.

The board is a big upgrade, but you'll be thankful for it trust me. And its got yellow accents.
