Help with a multi media monitor?

I'm just getting stressed out looking around, my budget is $300 USD.

 

I'm getting tired of the bad view angles on my ASUS vg248QE. Its great for gaming but I want another monitor with better colours and viewing angles.

I'd prefer it be above 60Hz if it isn't I'll just try to overclock it and manage with what ever I can get to since I'm not going to use it to play games.

 

Any help would be really appreciated thank you.

you'll be after an IPS panel for better colours and viewing anglars.
