Ryzen Memory Speed Mhz Problem

Hi,

I recently got myself 1800X. Tried to OC and got 3.9Ghz (I'm so returning this as it's used chip and I'll get brand-new one for £30 more).

I tried to OC RAM that I got from my old Intel setup. I have 16GB x 2 Vengeance RED LED 3200Mhz RAM 1.35V.

I tried 2666 14 14 14 14 32 timings and it worked, then I tried to revert back to it, but it wouldn't. System restarts multiple times and then it lands at a desktop and memory is at 1066Mhz (2x obviously) and when I go to BIOS it says it's 2666. What the hell?

When I try to change memory to anything other than auto, the system just restarts few times instead of just once. Why can't I change my RAM speed any more?
