My cousin already has a mouse and keyboard and an older monitor. He wants to build his own computer and has a budget of about 700-800. This budget also includes the price of windows os. If anyone has any suggestions on a build it would be appreciated.

What does he want to use it for?

? No, not really. A few years ago with the 2tb models, but happens with any company if given enough time. If you're talking about that weird backblaze "report", there's so many things that make that "study" unreliable.

personally i would get this, better psu, much better case, faster ram which ryzen likes and money spare for the os, which can easily be found for cheaper than $90 dollars so i left it out. the stock cooler will also suffice.
