Cheap DAC

themctipers

onboard is being hissy and now it's giving me lots of interference and static.

happens if i use different rca/3.5mm cables, no static/interference if I plug it into any other device.

cheapest DAC possible (Canada), should be using USB.. macOS drivers and windows drivers are required, should have a 3.5mm headphone out and i want it to have stereo RCA out also (unless it's much more expensive just for that)

it should be able to remain static free in a fuck ton of electrostatic condition (right next to my pc which has a cable mess inside and outside, bunch of devices near that also, radio near also, with my phone also.

it shouldn't have an amplifier inside, as i will be connecting it to a preamp and then to an amp, but it should be powerful enough to power headphones (regular, nothing that needs more driving force)

New Recording 6.m4a <-- what it sounds like (NOT coil whine, recorded while playing CSGO)

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Fulla 2 is a good option. http://schiit.com/products/fulla-2

Anything cheaper? I just really want something that doesn't have interference and minimal static (I don't turn off my amp as its a bitch to turn on again, and if the output has any static, it'll be put out as -22 on preamp, then amplified  +200w by amp.. My phone doesn't have any static and it's 6s+.)

you wont really find anything cheaper thats actually worth buying. to be honest.

This alone might be good enough depending on your headphones:

UCA202: https://www.amazon.ca/Ultra-Low-Latency-Interface-Digital-Output/dp/B000KW2YEI/

For more details about whether the headphone out would be a good pair for your headphones or not, you can read this review about the UCA202 here:

http://nwavguy.blogspot.com/2011/02/behringer-uca202-review.html

Could pair with this if the headphone out from the UCA202 doesn't or won't sound right with your headphones:

Lepy LP-2020A: https://www.amazon.ca/Lepy-LP-2020A-Class-D-Amplifier-Supply/dp/B00V9AYMZ4/

edit: Woops, just read that you said it shouldn't have an amplifier inside, so the next best thing might be the cheapest compact mixer you can find to pair with the UCA202, or get another UCA202 and get an rca to 3.5 mm adapter.
